The Quakken Nursery is a family-owned nursery located in Texas. We grow and sell plants, trees, herbs, produce, eggs, gluten-free baked goods, and handcrafted herbal products using sustainable and organic growing practices.

Our products are offered for sale within the State of Texas. Most items are available through local pickup, while select non-perishable herbal products may be shipped within Texas.

Plants are living organisms, and natural variation is part of what makes each one unique. Size, color, shape, and stage of growth may differ from photographs or product descriptions.

Once live plants leave our care, their health depends on planting conditions, weather, watering, soil quality, pests, and ongoing maintenance. While we strive to provide healthy, vigorous plants, we cannot guarantee their performance after pickup or delivery.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order for reasons including inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you regarding available options.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before completing the sale.

Local Pickup

Most purchases are fulfilled through local pickup at our nursery.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the selected pickup window. Please inspect your order at pickup and notify us promptly if there are any concerns.

Shipping

At this time, we only ship select herbal products within the State of Texas. Live plants, eggs, fresh produce, and baked goods are not shipped.

Shipping availability may change as our business grows.
